Customer Service is awful!!! First I ordered a part that showed in stock, but after not receiving it and calling customer service 5 times-finally found out that it was backordered. Each time I spoke to customer service (over a 1.5 week period) they promised me they would call me back to update me, BUT NEVER CALLED. I had to call them continually. Finally, I had to cancel the order, due to being backordered, and they said they would refund me what they had already charged on my credit card. How do you charge for something that has not been shipped? Now I am on week 4 and have not received the refund. Again calling several times, and promises they would call back. Do not use this company - no customer service and very incompetent for handling anything.
