I started locksmithing last year and initially purchased a lot of products through them (mostly equipment). My very first order was a not-so-good experience. When the item didn't ship when it was supposed to, I contacted them a week after and requested an ETA. They said it would be shipped out the next week. That ETA went by with no update/follow-up. After two months past the ship date, I emailed them and requested that they cancel the order so I could purchase from another supplier. No reply to my cancellation request email... just an updated "Your order has been shipped!" email the very next day. Boy was I glad that I didn't place an order from another supplier prior to receiving that email! Although I thought that wasn't very cool at all, I reasoned I should give them another chance.
Subsequently, I placed several more orders after that in quick succession (I should have known better and been more patient), and I've pretty much had problems with almost all of my orders except maybe one or two. As it stands now, I'm still waiting on products I ordered over 6 months ago, and they never ship back-ordered items that are back in stock unless I contact them asking "Where's my stuff? It shows in stock now." I'm never ordering from them again.
