Terrible customer service. We placed an order two weeks ago, and have not received any information regarding ship date or fulfillment of the order. We have contacted them twice via email. Today I called, and sat on an indefinite hold. We will NEVER use UHS again. This is unacceptable. Most of their orders are probably for small to medium size businesses. We are already struggling to stay afloat. We do not need to place orders for materials that never arrive. DONE!!!
UPDATE: 3/10/21 Customer Service Representative, Liza, contacted us via phone. The order was shipped to an old address. Apparently UHS had some internal changes with their system and warehouse. We did receive a credit from PayPal. She also sent us a promo code for $30 off our next order. I am changing my review to 4 stars. If we do use UHS again and have a better experience, I will change it to 5 stars. I do still feel like so many balls were dropped on this order, and we have a customer that has been waiting for weeks now, which reflects poorly on our company.
