Terrible experience , I ordered two replacement keys. The first directly from the website (in accurate info on the site) and the second I called into customer service and that key again was incorrect. It was confirm by the locksmith that both where faulty. The reality is they have a credit only policy for returns which is fine but you sold me twice, two faulty products. I would expect a refund as good business policy. I tried to work with them to explain but why admit when you are wrong. Better off calling POPALOCK and getting done right. UHS=USELESS HARDWARE SUPPLY. Yes yes, I spoke to customer service on phone and via email.
